1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window

At Komodo, we aim to process and ship your hair care essentials as quickly as possible. Because of our rapid fulfillment process, we offer a strict 24-hour window for cancellations:

  • One-Time Purchases: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Subscription Orders: You may cancel any recurring subscription shipment within 24 hours of receiving your subscription renewal confirmation email.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at info@komodoshop.online with your Order Number and the subject line "Order Cancellation."

Requests must be timestamped within the 24-hour window to be eligible for a refund.

3. Post-24 Hour Policy

Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order is sent to our warehouse for processing, packaging, and dispatch.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the 24-hour mark.

  • Subscription changes made after the 24-hour renewal window will apply only to the following scheduled shipment.

4. Subscription Management

You have full control over your Komodo hair care journey. Through your customer portal, you can:

  • Pause or skip a delivery.

  • Update your shipping address.

  • Swap products or adjust frequency.

Note: Changes to your subscription must be made before the next billing cycle begins to avoid the 24-hour cancellation cutoff.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

The 24-hour policy applies to "change of mind" cancellations. If your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please refer to our Refund/Returns Policy so we can make it right immediately.
