Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and our carrier partners. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost Packages & Address Accuracy

If a package is marked as lost, we will do our best to assist in locating it with the carrier. However, if shipping protection was not purchased, KOMODO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship orders to the address provided and do not manually verify each address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We always do our best to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
